Adam Amos - Director,
Robotic Systems 

Adam is an Australian Mechatronics Engineer and the founder of Robotic Systems, a specialised tech hardware design + manufacturer based in Newcastle, NSW.  

Adam specialises in accelerating the journey from idea to prototype and into manufacturing of other businesses' high-value tech hardware products. 

Adam has led Robotic Systems to be recognised by Deloitte as being in the top 100 fastest growing hardware businesses in Australia Pacific region as well as being credited as the original inventor on 4 patents for tech hardware. 
Tom Veitch - Industry Director, Supply Chain Management – Fusion5 

Tom has over 20 years of project experience, spanning industries such as manufacturing, distribution, and professional services. His expertise extends to various aspects of Supply Chain Management, making him a valuable Industry Director at Fusion5. With a focus on project management, communication, and delivering ERP capabilities, Tom has a successful track record in helping businesses achieve their goals. 
Charlotte Morris - Program Leader, Industry Capability Development for DMTC 

In this role Charlotte has a lead role in the national rollout of DMTC’s Industry Capability Development Program, that aims to create a network of Defence-ready companies with benchmarked, globally competitive capabilities. 

Charlotte has spent more than 15 years supporting small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in the defence sector through a range of roles including five years in the State Government of Victoria’s Defence Industry Unit, followed by three years working with the Defence Science Institute facilitating greater industry/academia connections. From 2014 to 2020 Charlotte managed the Victorian Defence Alliances, industry clusters of over 600 SMEs targeting work in the defence supply chain.
